The position can be part-time, intern, or entry-level.
Responsible for the routine inspection and maintenance of equipment, diagnosing and repairing functionality problems, ordering necessary parts, and maintaining repair and maintenance records.
Responsible for assisting customers, completing rental contracts, answering phones, learning rental software systems, processing transactions, and demonstrating equipment.
Responsible for delivering equipment and supplies and the ability to assist the equipment technician in their downtime with maintenance and servicing of rental equipment.
